And with a workforce of more than 8,000, what better way to promote the expertise of your employees and reach your customers than by building a base of strong employee advocates.
Ewa, the ING Bank Poland’s Deputy Press Spokesman, knew she’d have to change employee perception in order to make her advocacy program successful at ING. When she conducted a survey of ING employees, Ewa found that many of them didn’t know where they could find information to share on social media. Even more thought only the external communication team could comment publicly on company news.
