Dynamic Signal, a leading Employee Communication and Engagement platform, announced last week that it raised $36.5 million in growth financing bringing the total funding to $88 million. The participants in this round include Microsoft Ventures, Adams Street Partners, Akkadian Ventures, Cisco Investments, Focus Opportunity Fund, Founders Circle Capital, Rembrandt Venture Partners, Time Warner Investments, Trinity Ventures and Venrock.
Dynamic Signal will be utilizing the funding to drive company growth and innovation for expanding the capabilities of the platform. And this round of funding will be used for supporting Dynamic Signal’s hiring plans including staffing at the newly established Chicago and Seattle offices along with growing existing offices in London, New York and Silicon Valley. Dynamic Signal expects to more than double the headcount in 2018.
Dynamic Signal modernizes and measures employee communication, including those that are created in the platform and those originating in the integrations supported by the company.

Dynamic Signal grew 3x in the number of users this past year and saw a 70% increase in engagement on its platform. Some of the new features that Dynamic Signal also announced include DySi Open, personalized Newsletters, Surveys and Video Broadcasting.
