Let’s start by briefly introducing Dynamic Signal. What is Dynamic Signal and what is its unique value proposition?

Is yours a point solution or a suite? Why did you choose to build what you built?
We believe that an informed and connected workforce has a significant impact on your top- and bottom-lines. Strong company communications is the foundation for important business outcomes like brand awareness, talent acquisition, building trust, increasing productivity, employee retention, engagement, and advocacy.
We built a sophisticated platform with a robust feature set that allows for multiple business outcomes across the enterprise—from the HR organization, to communications, marketing, sales, down to the frontline employees in remote locations, Dynamic Signal customers use the single platform in a way that benefits every team.

What problems are you looking to solve in the HR space?
Technology has changed the way we communicate. Companies need to adopt a convenient, personalized, mobile-first workforce communication strategy that more closely mirrors how we interact in our everyday lives. Break-room posters and corporate memos sent to an already crowded inbox don’t cut it anymore—especially when you consider that a large majority of the global workforce doesn’t have a corporate email address.
We’re helping HR teams increase efficacy by modernizing how they communicate with employees no matter where they are in the world, or on which channel they prefer to receive company news and information.
What is your take on the massive explosion of HR Tech companies across so many categories? Salesforce too is making inroads into the HR space. Do you see competition, opportunities to partner and/or integrate?
It’s wonderful that HR Technology is finally getting the attention it deserves. Our employees are our greatest asset, and yet it’s been the marketing tech stack that’s seen the largest budget allocations.
Dynamic Signal is proud of our rich integration stack that includes Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Google, Facebook, Marketo, Adobe, Slack, Jive, Yammer, and more. Dynamic Signal also counts some of the leading PR and Marketing agencies as both our customers and our partners. We’re in the unique position of being the platform of choice for many large scale technology companies that we integrate and partner with, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and IBM, playing a leading role in the evolution of the HR Tech industry while gaining valuable perspective on how our customers use our products on a daily basis.
Regulatory compliance is an integral part of HR. How does your product/solution address this?
Compliance and security are critical components of our platform. Dynamic Signal works with many customers in highly regulated industries like finance, legal, and healthcare—we have extensive experience tackling similar regulatory needs to those of HR. During the on-boarding process, our customer success team works with each customer to ensure we’re meeting all regulatory guidelines required, and setting each program up for success in their individual organizations.

What questions are your buyers asking you? How is that impacting your product/solution roadmap? Are there any new features or upcoming upgrades that you’re excited about and would like to give us a sneak peek into?
Listening to customers is core to our culture here at Dynamic Signal. Our Customer Success, Communications, and Product Marketing teams work directly with customers and ensure a consistent feedback loop with Product and Engineering. Additionally, we continuously engage our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) that meets semi-annually, for direct inputs on our product roadmap.
Our new video feature called Company Moments is being adopted by companies and allows executives across an organization to communicate with their employees all around the world using short videos. We are also preparing to launch some revolutionary content personalization features that we’re looking forward to unveiling very soon. Our new mobile survey functionality is a big hit, and we’ve also recently launched a curation tool called Smart Content that is currently in beta with a few of our CAB members.
