State of Employee Communication and Engagement [Report]

Dynamic Signal’s 2018 State of Employee Communication and Engagement Report has found that 50 percent of U.S. workers are stressed out by systems that are supposed to be improving their connections with organizations. In fact, 33 percent of employees are so frustrated with poor communication that they want to quit their jobs. Other key findings include:

  • 66 percent of employees say they waste between 30 minutes and 1 hour each day looking for important information
  • 52 percent of senior-level executives say ineffective communication and workforce misalignment had negative financial implications for their organizations
  • 56 percent of communicators say they struggle to keep employees engaged and informed
